v_provshow

  Setting provshow to 1 marks all provisional ratings with a P (meaning the
user has never had a regular rating, and RD > 80) and all estimated ones with
an E (meaning the user now has an RD > 80).  With provshow = 1, ratings would
be displayed as 1500, 1500P or 1500E depending on whether the user with the
1500 rating was active, provisional or estimated.
